Hello! My name is Jennifer and I live in Utah. I recently had a partial knee and am ready to to improve my health and well-being. I have never kept a log or journal on food or exercise before. This program has so many helpful categories, which is what I need and want to get me on track for a better life. I just became a grandma again so he is a big reason for me to take this serious and improve my health. My long term goal is to run a half marathon. The first small goal is to accomplish a 5k. With work and determination I know I am able to get it done.
