If you are not a fan of the taste of water; you can try drinking herbal teas or infusing your water with fruit. 🧘Manage Stress Chronic stress can weaken the immune system over time. Tee M Fresh air and reading really help my sleep quality and mental health during the colder and darker months. I also focus on foods high in vitamins like bone broth, elderberry, oranges, pomegranates, lemon, ginger, tumeric and dark greens.
